No. We're explicit about this in every partner agreement: Wilfred staffs AI specialists for tasks; you own the strategy, the relationship, and the human work. If your client needs a senior CPA, a recruiter, or a fractional CIO, that's still you.
You submit the account through the partner portal before introduction. Once registered, the account is locked to your partnership for 12 months — we will not engage them directly or through another partner during that window.
Referral: client signs with Wilfred directly, you earn 20% MRR for life. We do the onboarding and support; you stay in the loop. White-label: client signs with you, you mark up Wilfred's wholesale rate, you handle Tier-1 — we handle infrastructure and Tier-2. Up to 30% margin.
Referral commission is paid on the 15th of the following month, in CAD, by EFT. No quarterly batching, no minimums.
